This car is one of a kind. I believe it to be the fastest road racing 914 ever built. It has every race performance part and modification to win races in any classification. Moreover, with a change of tire which I have the car is street legal !!
Obviously, it is a purpose built race car, however, since it is a 1975 chassis the car has current california registration and title and is driven on the street for light weight testing, car shows etc.

I am selling this car becasue I now have 3 race cars and I want to focus on a GT1 championship with a tube frame Corvette bodies ex-Trans AM car. This is a big loss for me over $45,000 was spent last year alone modifying the chassis, supension, and running gear. Overall, this project has more than $250,000 in it. Probably making it the most expesnsive 914 race car in history.

1993 Shannon SP93,003 Would be a Nationaly competetive S2000 car or good CSR car, Could even be adapted to a 2 seater and be a ultra fast track day car.
almost everything new in 2000. this car raced the OLDS pro series in 1993 with driver Anthony Lazzaro and 94 with driver/Owner Robert Sollenskog, car was completely rebuilt in 95 after the pro series, including tub and with updated suspension geometry, Car also raced as a S2 at the Runoffs in 1993 Qualified 6th and Finished 3rd. and in 1994 Qualified 7th and Finished 6th
Car currently has Quad 4 motor but comes with fresh MWE Ford S2 motor. Full Carbon Fiber Body, Penske 8760 3 way Shocks, LD65 all around with vented rotors, PI digital Dash System with lap timing set up, Staffs Gear Box new in 01 set up for MK 5 Gears(only about 9 races on it). very clean car never damaged. 2 Spare set of wheels, fiberglass Nose , tail, side pods, most body molds (minus 1 side pod), 10 gear MK9 gear sets and second OLDS motor. 2 front Sway bars. 66 Chevy II certified to 7.50 until 2007. Strut front end with Strange struts, Wilwood brakes. Front end was professionally fabricated by ABS Chassis, not a kit. Rear is a 12 bolt narrowed with Strange 35 Spline axels and spool, gears are Richmond Pro gears 5.29. Rear suspension is ladder bar with Koni dual adjustable coil overshocks. The original glass was replaced with Lexan Marguard. I kept the original glass and it will go with the car. Hood and bumpers are fiberglass, the rest af the car is steel. Front end (fenders and front grill assembly) are one piece and removeable for easy access to engine compartment. Engine is a 358 SBC, 4 bolt main with Callies, JE, AFR, T&D, Edelbrock, Quick Fuel, Accell, components. Ignition has 3 stage limiter. Custom made Jet Hot coated headers. Holley electric fuel pump. 5 gallon fuel cell and an Optima battery. Transmission is Powerglide with a trans brake, converter is JW 5000 stall. Interior is customed carpeted with one race seat, Precision Performance shifter, Auto Meter Phantom gauges. Dash face is custom made with removeable gauge cluster for easy access to wiring. This car is in excellent condition, very near perfect! I have owned this car for 6 years and have only made 10 passes since it was completed. Engine is new and has ZERO passes. I bought the car with the intention of taking time from my business to race,no such luck! I have over $35,000.00 invested.

when I see a sprint car of this era, I remember the brave hero's who raced them.
it took guts to race wheel to wheel with the likes of mario, a.j., tony, parnelli and the other fierce competitors!
this outstanding sprinter is a tribute to them.
#2 features a hilborn alcohol fuel injected ford flathead with an in & out box driving a hilibrand quick change rear end with knock-offs.
you will also notice the vertex magneto, tube frame, torsion bar rear axle and front cross leaf spring.
please notice the attention to detail in the close up photos!
the car also comes with mounted hoosier asphalt tires, bart polished aluminum wheels and spare quick change gears.
this is a new car recently completed. the large benefit is current, more consistent steel, 4 wheel wilwood disc brakes, fuel cell, 4 point racing seat belt and reliable flathead engine.
